I got it, but I got something I need commissioner coverage with… I was initially scheduled to do an IIC/FOS presentation at 7 pm Troop 351B/351G COH at Lighthouse on Monday, 10 April, while Jose would be at T/P 528 meeting in North Side. Before the COH, I was going to assist new Pack 155 with the Flag Ceremony at the Castleberry ISD School Board meeting when I thought that was happening at 6 pm. At today’s flag rehearsal, I learned the ceremony is at 7:30, and since I assisted in today’s rehearsal, I was asked by the CM to be at the ceremony as the scouts (and leaders) are all brand new. I feel that I need to do that, so I am asking if there is a Commissioner or Committee Member that can do the IIC/FOS presentation at the 351 COH since many of you have done an IIC/FOS presentation before. Please reply to this email to Jose and me (he has the IIC/FOS materials) if you would be able to cover the COH’s IIC/FOS presentation. Many thanks,

Commissioners-
I have to work tomorrow at 8PM, so I won't be able to have a separate Commissioner meeting and (and won't be able to attend District Committee Meeting in person, I have a hard stop and have to be ready to work at 8).
Main things-
- Please document unit contacts, and do a Detailed Assessment for each unit as soon as possible.
- Encourage Troops to attend camporee, and try to visit them at Camporee.
- Encourage everyone to come to District Awards next week and try to visit with them there. I have almost no award nominations, so I could use help this year encouraging that.
