Thank you for the introduction and welcome to the Lonestar District!
My name is Lee Sperry and I am a unit Commissioner who doubles at times as the Assistant District Commissioner. Our District Commissioner is Charlie Dodds (cc’d) and Ryan is our temporary DE but has many other titles at the Council. As Ryan’s note to the membership implies, we are a bit thin at the District level but with lots of dedicated scouters working directly with the youth at the unit level. I does appear that there is no one to attend the meeting noted by Ryan below (including myself who is helping out one of our newest units at an event tonight), so we would be very appreciative if you could rep the LS District at this meeting. It does seem to have a teleconference option should you wish.

I moved to Fort Worth a few years ago, so I am actually in Lone Star District, but have not been involved at the District level for a while (but I could do Leave No Trace for IOLS/BALOO). I mostly do Council and National level trainings now for Leave No Trace.
