1. If you placed Take orders on or before October 15^th. Pick-Up is this Friday November 3^rd from 12PM – 6PM at Driveline in Coppel. (700 Freeport Pkwy #300, Coppell, TX 765109)
2. Popcorn Payments – ALL Popcorn Payments are due Monday November 13^th. More information will come out as the due date approaches.
3. Super Bonus Sale – Super Bonus Popcorn Sales will run from November 15^th – December 15^th. Please email Kathy Mclean (Kathy.Mclean@scouting.org) if you are wanting to participate in the Bonus Sale.

Issue 5: November 1, 2023     We're excited to provide our units with Take Order products this week. Pick-up details are below for orders that were placed on or before October 15. No Super Bonus Sale products will be available for pickup this weekend. Northern Units: Pick-up is Friday (11/3) from noon-6 pm at Driveline Southern Units: Please connect with your local District Executive to arrange your pick-up time at Central Transportation and the Waco Service Center     Popcorn Payments are due by Monday, November 13th. More information will be provided as we get closer to the due date. If you have any questions about popcorn payments, please contact Kathy Mclean: Kathy.McLean@Scouting.org, (817) 231-8561 Prizes can be ordered once the unit account is at zero. Popcorn patches will be distributed at December and January Roundtables. Your District Executive will have these for you. Remember, just like prizes, Scouts must have at least one recorded sale in the Trail's End system to get a patch.       ANNOUNCING THE SUPER BONUS POPCORN SALE! We are excited to announce an exciting extension to the popcorn sale this year, called the Super Bonus Sale! It includes some great incentives for Scouts as well as some bonus commissions for units! This is a great way for Scouts who just joined to get in on some fundraising. Also, units can get themselves to the next level on Commissions. Scouts who are just shy of the next prize level can get that bump into the next level. This is also an opportunity for units that may have missed ordering some products or donations to get those in! Super Bonus Sale FAQ: When can new products be ordered and picked up? Units can order product now through the Leader Dashboard. Place your order by 11:59PM on Sunday,November 5 for pickup on 11/10/23. Northern unit pickup will be from noon to 6 pm at Driveline. Southern units can contact their District Executive to arrange a pick-up time. Chocolate Pretzels will be available to order and sell at storefronts. When will additional Storefront Sale Locations be added to the system: Yes, storefront times during the Super Bonus Sale are currently available. Does this sale impact our payment due date? No. The payment due date for the original sale is not changing. When should I order prizes? Prizes can be ordered as usual once the unit's account balances is at zero. Scouts who participate in the Super Bonus Sale can have a gift card ordered for the difference later. How often can I order additional products? Two product pickups will be available during the Super Bonus Sale. Orders placed by 11/5/23 will be available on 11/10/23. An additional order opportunity is available with a due date of 12/10/23 and a pickup date of 12/15/23.
