I made a change to the mailing list so that it will show who sender of the message is and will put their e-mail address in the CC field.

Hitting "reply" will still go to everyone the list, but to facilitate a private reply if desired the information will be there to do so.

I appreciate your patience with the new tool - all leaders being able to freely communicate with their peers in the District is important to me.  I'll take "there are too many e-mails" over "I don't know what's going on" any day.
