Hello District Kernels and Professional Staff,
I've gotten several questions surrounding when replenishment pickup days and times are. Please reiterate this with your units. In the North it's Fridays from Noon-6:30 at Driveline (same place as always)
In the South, well that seems to change a bunch and I'm not 100% certain on it week to week since it seems to matter *who* ordered and how much, but I think who should know already knows. If you have a question about that, please reach out to Kevin Lane and Bryant Butler.
I will be on vacation Sept 9th-Sept 16th. I will not have access to phone, text or email. You can reach me via Facebook Messenger, but my response may be delayed but I will do my best to answer questions as I can. I would recommend that if there is an issue you can't resolve, please contact Bryant Butler and Kathy McLean.
If a unit contacts you about wanting credit for damaged product, please have them email me the following:

What is damaged (product and quantity)
Picture of damage and picture of the Best Buy area on back of product
I will take care of that when I get back. If they are wanting replacement of said product instead, please email all the same info to Kathy McLean and Bryant Butler.
