    Please note that I need to turn in the recharter for MBCs on November 15th. This is a very busy time for our registrar with Council, District, and Unit recharters.

    Please carefully read the enclosed policies for our Merit Badge Counselors. They will be strict adherence to avoid problems and offer the best available leadership to our Scouts. This is a little more than we have asked in the past.
