Good Morning Team –
What do y’all think about this opportunity to participate in this wonderful community
event and promote Scouting into the community?
We would need to staff and cover the Three Separate dates, and I’m thinking across the
three districts we should be able to put together appropriate coverage.
Thoughts?
LMK
Thanks

The holiday season is here, and we’re thrilled to invite you to Northside Posadas—a
festive celebration happening on December 7th, 14th, and 21st from 4 PM to 8 PM!
This year’s Inaugural Posadas will feature live performances, photos with Santa at Mercado
Plaza, festive decorations by theLatino Arts Project, and a bustling Mercado Navideño
organized byCultura Markets, offering unique holiday gifts, crafts, and seasonal treats,
and an opportunity to give back to the community through a toy drive and pantry drive
forNorthside Inter-Community Agency (NICA).
· Vendor Registrations: Spaces are available for vendors to participate in Mercado
Navideño. This is a fantastic way to connect with community members and visitors alike.
· Sponsorship Opportunities: Sponsorships start at $500, which includes vending and
exhibition opportunities on all three dates, providing valuable exposure while supporting
this special event.
· Business Participation: We invite district businesses to join in by hosting workshops,
offering holiday specials, or decorating storefronts to bring more holiday cheer to the
community.
The festivities will culminate in a Tamale and Atole Festival atMagdalena’s on December
21st, featuring some of Fort Worth's beloved Latino celebrity chefs. For vendor
registration, sponsorship inquiries, or if you are a business in Historic Northside that
would like to participate, please click on the link above or reach out to Dee Lara
O'Neal, Main Street Project Manager today.
