The Roundtable planning website has recently been updated.

Please make sure to share this as y’all are developing your annual roundtable calendars.
Hopefully out units will be able to take full advantage of our roundtables and walk away from the event with a positive feeling and hopefully some tools, plans and tricks that they can all utilize in their units.
I am also asking for everyone’s help in collecting annual calendars from all our units.
I am hoping to collect at least 90% of our units calendars.
If your team is interacting with units that do not have a finalized calendar (thats a huge warning sign) please encourage them to sit with those units to finalize a calendar ASAP!!!

Summer Schedule:
June Roundtable will be canceled to free up time for Cub Camp preparations and multiple units are out for Summer Camp.
July Roundtable 13th will be held but be 100% virtual.
August 10th Roundtable will be Ice Cream Social. Anthony Berger from National will speak about Cub Scout program changes (pending).
July Commissioner Cabinet will be at the District Planning Conference at Sid Richardson Scout Ranch July 22. Agenda for the District Planning Conference will be driven my the District Chair, but I will have a Commissioner Cabinet Breakout session.
Unit issues:
There are a couple units with personality conflicts between adult leadership, but no actions that rise to the level of any kind BSA rule infraction. Plans for follow up were made. Keep entering contacts in my.scouting.org as time permits.
Training Opportunity:
my.scouting.org Commissioner Tools has a new "Unit Dashboard" feature.
Click on "View Units" in Commissioner tools, select a Unit, then click "View Dashboard".
At a glance you will see key indicators for the unit and unit information (some information is contingent on it been entered in Scoutbook). For example, this is what Pack 147 looks like:
